Two Years of UltraSense: Consortium Meets Online to Review Progress and Plan the Next Phase

The meeting brought together partners from across the Consortium to review the progress achieved during the first two years of the project and to discuss priorities for the next phase of development. Technical updates were presented across all Work Packages, highlighting recent achievements, ongoing activities and upcoming milestones as the project advances towards technology integration and validation.

A dedicated session was also held with the project’s External Advisory Board (EAB), whose members provided valuable feedback and recommendations on scientific, technological and strategic aspects of the project. The discussion generated valuable insights that will help guide future activities and maximise the potential impact of UltraSense results.

Over the past two years, the Consortium has made significant progress towards the development of an innovative wearable health monitoring platform combining multiple sensing technologies, including ultrasound, bioimpedance analysis and advanced graphene-based biosensors. Through close collaboration among partners from academia, research organisations and industry, UltraSense continues to advance solutions for decentralised and non-invasive health monitoring.

As the project enters its third year, the focus increasingly shifts towards system integration, validation activities and preparing the ground for future exploitation and uptake of the developed technologies.

The UltraSense consortium would like to thank all project partners and EAB members for their active participation, valuable contributions and continued commitment throughout the first two years of the project.
